David Iannone has been a professional mobile-entertainer for over ten years. After founding Sound Groove Entertainment in 2001, David has grown to become our most versatile disc jockey, master of ceremonies and entertainer. From the studio to the dance floor, microphone to the mixer and anywhere the crowds take him, our guests and their clients love Dave for his experience, ability and good looks.

His career began shortly after, and along-side Wacko Jacko. Performance and leadership have always been in his blood. As captain and quarterback of his high school football team, combined with a strong passion for music and rock star-doom, professional disc jockeying was a perfect fit. Dave’s energetic personality, drive and ability to control the flow of a great party coined him the name “Ravin’ Dave”.

Throughout his high school, college and professional career Dave worked for and with top entertainment companies, venues and clients; performing at many of the most cherished moments in people’s lives. Ravin’ Dave’s breath of experience is wide and varied, ranging from mobile entertainment to corporate and commercial event production, on small to large scales. His ability to tailor entertainment experiences to individual clients’ taste and crowd type makes him our musical master.
